HF: The Energising Kowloon East Office (EKEO) “is formulating strategies to sustain the industrial culture in Kowloon East” ie Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay and the Kai Tak airport site. EKEO says “You are encouraged to take part in this meaningful process… Your participation will make a difference!” Indeed.
