Q+A48 Wai Chap Timber Yard 1944

Elizabeth Ride has sent this very brief mention of the Wai Chap Timber Yard in a BAAG

report dated 15th September 1944.

It reads Timber, big oil tins and scrap iron stored, with an Indian guard of some men – over 100 Chinese coolies load and unload timber.

Any further information or an image of Wai Chap would be of interest.
