Incense tree plantation in Hong Kong

It is highly unlikely there will be a serious revival of the incense mills (though how delightful it would be to visit a reconstructed, working incense water mill above Tsuen Wan or on Tai Mo Shan!). Chan Koon Wing, however, is making an effort to revive his late grandfather’s incense-tree plantation in the village of Shing Ping, near Ping Che, in the northern New Territories
