Kowloon-Canton (British section) Railway, railway stations in Hong Kong

HF: This site has a number of articles about the Kowloon Canton Railway (aka The KCR), shown below. I thought it would be of interest to post an article showing photographs of the railway stations found along the line from Kowloon to Lo Wu where the line continued in China to Canton. Please let me know if I have missed any stations out.
