El Oriente Cigars – brief Spanish/German translation needed

Hugh Farmer: Can you help translate the Spanish and/or German in this document about the management structure of El Oriente. This was closely linked to the Orient Tobacco Manufactury company, Yau Ma Tei in the first half of the 20th Century in Hong Kong.

The Orient Tobacco Manufactury was operated by C Ingenhol as was the El Oriente company/brand. We have had a number of responses about the man and the company.  Both seem to be somewhat clouded in mystery.
