    “Other local Chinese companies stressed their commitment to China’s nation building and the war against Japan. An advertisement for the Hong Kong Mosquito Stick Manufacturing Company promised only Chinese-made goods, even though its factory was at Ap Lei Chau, on the south shore of Hong Kong Island.”

    Their trademark seems to have been transliterated as On Chuen or perhaps Chuen On. Although I don’t read Chinese, I think the two characters in the upper left trademark image are 全安 (Chuen On), which matches the English-language characters O. C. at the bottom of the trademark. I’m not sure if it reads right to left or left to right, though…
